moreover Adobe added section 4.2 which states that by accepting the term of service you are giving them a non-exclusive licensing to use all the media created using their applications which means that they can effectively sell or licence your content to a third party. a lot of content creator started switching to other Alternatives such as CSP or affinity where you can have the services for a small fixed fee, or even to a free services such as photopea.com which offer the exact features without any payment, instead of a continuous subscription like in Adobe
