In recent years, the VTuber industry has seen explosive growth, captivating a global audience with a unique blend of animation, gaming, and live streaming. Among the pioneers leading this digital renaissance are big companies such as HoloLive, Vshojo and NijiSanji. With their sheer number of talents, high quality content, and unmatched marketing budget, it is easy to forget that there are other agencies. Therefore, today we would like to introduce one of the most underrated agencies, that is genuine, funny, and interesting. The VOMS Project.
unlike the other big agencies, The VOMS Project aims to create a less restricted environment for its talent, where they can do a variety of activities, that is not limited to streaming video games, sometimes they sing, study English, or do reaction videos online.

The VOMS Project was founded by Gyari, a well-known figure in the digital content creation realm, GYARI himself is an artist and a music producer, he has a lot of experience doing cute, animated videos, handling both the art and the music which helped the agencies Talent to get more recognition due to these videos.

the project started with three main talents

Hikasa Tomoshika   Amano Pikamee        Jitomi Monoe

with Pikamee becoming an instant hit with international audience, with her vibrant energy and bilingual fluency in Japanese and English, making her a bridge between the Western and Eastern culture. Due to her lovely and humble personality, she was able to do a lot of collaborations with big agencies such as Vshojo and HoloLive.

On 31 March 2023, Pikamee held a now-privated graduation stream attended by over 50,000 viewers. Her YouTube channel reached 700,000 subscribers on that day. She received well-wishes on Twitter from numerous major VTubers, including Kson, Zentreya, and Pomu Rainpuff.

while Pikamee is not the only telling that VOMS Project agency lost since Monoe was terminated on February 19 2021,  Pikamee’s graduation from the VOMS Project marked a significant moment for the agency, as they bid farewell to one of their most prominent talents. Despite the challenges posed by losing such a key figure, the VOMS Project demonstrated resilience and adaptability, continuing to thrive in the competitive VTuber landscape. The agency’s strength lies in its innovative approach to content creation and talent development, allowing it to seamlessly transition and recruit new members who bring fresh perspectives and creativity to the table.

right now, the agency has six talents, including Tomoshika the last first generation member

Haneuzu Miuneru and Daimonji Ryugon from the second generation.

In the world of VTubers, the VOMS Project might not be the biggest name out there, but it sure knows how to keep things fun and engaging. This agency, though smaller compared to some giants in the field, packs a punch with its unique flair and entertaining content. It’s like that cool, indie band that you can’t help but love for their genuine charm and the way they connect with their fans. With talents like Pikamee lighting up the stage, the VOMS Project has shown that you don’t need to be the largest player in the game to make a big impact.
